DASH. OF. THIS. AND. THAT

TRIPLE ‘P’ APPETIZERS

 

So Easy and so unforgettable. Pepperoni, provolone and pepperoncini all rolled up into a triple wow flavored little bundle.

 

Ingredients:

20 slices of large thin deli sliced pepperoni

20 pepperoncini  seeded and stemmed

20 bite sized cubes of extra sharp provolone

8 ounce container of whipped cream cheese (plain or flavored)

1.    Spread a thin layer of whipped cream cheese on a slice of pepperoni, line with pepperoncini and        top center with provolone.

2.  Roll up into a little bundle and spear with a toothpick. Arrange on a serving platter.

 

Note:  Try baking them too!
